Dan has been involved in DCI since 1997.  After marching for 7 years, he went on to teach the Spartans Drum and Bugle Corps from 2005-2007.  He has also instructed and been a clinician to several high school marching bands in Maine and Massachusetts.  Dan is currently the band director at Amesbury Middle School.
