Ed is the owner of Devlin Visual Design which provides services for the Marching Arts since 1993. Ed is the Visual Designer and Program Coordinator for the Crossmen. He has previously designed for Jersey Surf, Citations Drum and Bugle Corps, The Boston Crusaders, Kiwanis Kavaliers, and the 1998 & 2005 DCI Div. II Champion East Coast Jazz, the 1995 DCI Div III Champion Academie Musicale. Ed designs for many bands from all corners of the marching activity, most notably King Philip Regional High School, for which he has designed for the past 24 years. King Philip is acknowledged as one of the premier Marching Band’s in the Northeast, having won Gold Medals and State and Regional Championships at every level during Ed’s tenure.
Ed Devlin currently serves as the President of the Winter Guard International Board of Directors. Ed has been on the Executive Committee since 2000 and the Board of Directors since 1995, he has served as sectary and Vice President of the organization.
Ed is currently the Director of the Blessed Sacrament Color Guard, a 501 3 (c) nonprofit organization since September 1994. Ed has been with Blessed Sacrament since 1984. Blessed Sacrament celebrated their 32nd year as a WGI World Class Finalist in 2011; Blessed Sacrament A also made their first appearance in the Independent A finals in 2011. Ed also serves on the design staff of the Blessed Sacrament Color Guards and Miamisburg High School and King Philip.
